Web21 Nov 01 Picked up the radiator today. $160 and they did a beautiful job. A new core and all the seams freshly soldered. It should last for many years to come. I saw the old core. It should well explain the heating problem. At least 50% of the core was blocked! This is a bit surprising as I have always used distilled water.

WebMay 5, 2024 · Pulled the full heater assembly so i can work on it. The spectra premium replacement for my 76 620 has been discontinued. Does anyone have any experience with heater cores that fit with minor modifications. I have been looking at the Spectra Premium 94741 and i think the width will fit.
